The Backstory Media provides digital marketing and consultancy services, including but not limited to brand strategy, content creation, social media management, performance marketing, SEO, PR, telecalling and lead conversion, and video production. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any client engagement are governed by a separate Service Agreement entered into between The Backstory Media and the client.

3. Use of the Website

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

In the absence of a specific agreement, all deliverables produced by The Backstory Media remain the property of The Backstory Media until full payment has been received.

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
